Random Pillar with Arc and Sulfur Spring
Right next to spawn there is a sulfur spring and a sand arc, and then there is a random sand pillar like 8 blocks tall. Plus since there is a sulfur spring, there is a very high chance there is a sulfur cave. And a few hundred blocks from spawn there is a village.
Triple Ancient Cities
At spawn, there's a ton of iron, coal, and emerald ore, plus a village nearby. If you dig down, you'll find an Ancient City, and there are actually two more Ancient Cities - one to the left and one to the right when facing the portal.Near the Ancient Cities, you'll also find two Trial Chambers. Back at spawn, there's a random calcite vein, a coral reef out in the ocean, and a small mountain bowl with a ruined portal inside.
